We enjoy unrivalled experience of handling allegations of rape, internet grooming, historical sexual abuse (both adults and children), serious sexual violence, possessing indecent images, sexual exploitation offences and trafficking amongst many other offences of a similar nature.
We take particular care to guide clients through each stage of the proceedings and are frequently instructed at the investigation stage of proceedings. We have specialist knowledge in the handling of vulnerable witnesses and defendants. Our Counsel are approved by the RASSO Advocates Panel at the CPS and specifically authorised to prosecute such sensitive and uniquely challenging areas.
