From the 11th April 2022 the Criminal Bar Association has recommended that individual barristers do not undertake any defence "return work" as part of the CBA's negotiations with the Lord Chancellor. On behalf of No. 1 High Pavement Chambers, the Head of Chambers has issued a statement supporting the aims of the CBA.
