David Outterside instructed by East Midlands CPS at Lincoln Crown Court secured a guilty verdict against a Defendant who raped a woman as she headed home after her birthday celebration night out. She was preyed on as she left her taxi, taken her into her own home and raped in her hallway.

From the 11th April 2022 the Criminal Bar Association has recommended that individual barristers do not undertake any defence "return work" as part of the CBA's negotiations with the Lord Chancellor.
