James Varley and Phillip Plant instructed by the Derbyshire CPS prosecuted a Derby man who was convicted of abusing 14 victims from Derbyshire and Lincolnshire over a 17 year period.

The defendant was convicted after trial and sentenced to a 30 year custodial sentence with an 8 year extension.
