Fergus Malone

Fergus Malone, instructed by Bhatia Best solicitors, appealed a sentence in the Court of Appeal Criminal Division reducing the sentence initially passed by Nottingham Crown Court. A six and half year extended sentence for public protection was reduced to a three and half year determinate sentence. The Court of Appeal commended Fergus on his written submissions.
