David Outterside defended a young mother whose driving led to the death of her 3 year old daughter and a teenage cousin as well as the serious injury of 4 other people. In his sentencing remarks, HHJ Adkin, The Recorder of Durham noted "Your life will be forever shaped by you causing the deaths of people you cared about deeply – your daughter and cousin”.
