Abbi’s practice encompasses all areas of criminal prosecution and defence work including: violence, dishonesty, sexual offences, public disorder, drugs and driving offences.

Abbi is a Grade 2 CPS Panel Advocate and is also regularly instructed in private prosecutions in both the Crown and Magistrates’ Court. She has also been instructed in Regulatory matters.
Upon graduating in 2009, Abbi moved to Italy where she taught English as a Foreign Language before returning to the UK to commence the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Professional Training Course.
Abbi attended the University of York at undergraduate level. As part of her degree she spent 9 months studying at the University of Bologna, Italy.
During her pupillage, Abbi enjoyed a busy criminal practice, both prosecuting and defending at Magistrates’ and Youth courts across the region. As a tenant, Abbi now regularly appears in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln Crown courts, both on behalf of the prosecution and the defence.
